Rated 5 out of 5 by from My New Red Toy Received this snowblower today after manually shoveling snow from 2 major snowfalls this winter and am I impressed with this machine. What a workhorse. After spending less than 10 minutes assembling the unit and filling the gas tank with fresh premium fuel, 1 pull and I was off. This unit never missed a beat, blew all the snow I wanted to move and more. It is small enough to clean narrow sidewalks and big enough to clean a driveway with little to no effort. Wanted to make it work so went through 1 1/2 foot snow and it did what it is made to do. Highly recommend this unit. This year, my favorite color is red

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Refuses To Start This snowblower works great when it starts, but sadly that doesn't seem to be the case for this coming season. Our product is less than 2 years old and now refuses to start (right before a 1'-2' snowstorm). We've tried everything suggested, plus more, and nothing. Guess we'll be shoveling this upcoming storm. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wow! Doesn't Start! Bought this at the start of 2020. Used it about 4 times while following all maintenance prescribed in the manual. Come October this year, could not get it started. Took it in and was told it needs a new carburetor. Judging by the other 1 star reviews, this has been a problem of yours for some time. I will be posting this on as many store sites as I can.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Power to spare and enough capacity to handle a lot I bought mine in January 2017, just 2 weeks before we got 30 inches of snow. I went out when we had a foot of snow and it cleared that easily. The next day I finished up the remaining 18 inches with very little difficulty. Just a month ago, in December 2020, we had our record snowfall of 40 inches!! With 3-4 passes, my Troy-Bilt did the job. It starts great, runs strong and is good on gas. Highly recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Every season, cant get it to start.... I've owned three snow blowers in my life. I'm comfortable winterizing them. For the past three years (snow blower is 4 years old) every winter I have to take it in to service as it will not start. I know how to winterize machinery and add stabilizers, etc. Like most everything in Ohio - this is poorly made and rolled out. Dont waste your time or money on this unit or anything built by Troy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine I bought this machine used this year, finally used it today. Let me tell you this is the best machine so far, I cleaned up my driveway in minutes and helped my neighbors too. super strong and long lasting. I am very impress and gave me some positive point of view to highly recommend it [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not very reliable Only used two winters, a couple times each. The crank to direct the shoot doesn’t really work, so I have to do it manually. Carburetor gets gunked up during the offseason as there’s no fuel shut off valve. Make sure you drain fuel. I just ordered a new carburetor after about four whole uses.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid buy-have 12 of them. I have a snow moving business. I've bought 12 of the 2410's in the last 5 years to replace older ones I have. Have most of the qualities I wanted. Easy starting (need to make sure to prime plenty) and versatile. 2 downfalls: 1) the chute adjustment is not well designed and slips out of the cog sometimes. There is an adjustment but not the best & 2) the sideshoes are plastic. May as well replace them at the beginning, they'll wear out after a couple times of heavy use-just another example of a way to cheapen things up. I have several shoes made up with a beefed up plate on the bottom from my local fabricator and they have been great and help save the expensive replacement of the bottom shave plate. And don't have to worry about adjustment all the time. Competitively priced but honestly have not bought any other brand's new ones so really couldn't compare on longevity past 5 years but those I have are still operating very well. Do not keep ethanol based fuel over season or at least put a conditioner in or you will have gummed up fuel in the carburetor that will need repaired.
