Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hard to keep it running I bought this Snow Thrower 3 year ago it always keeps stalling when you take the choke off. If you leave the choke on half way it will keep running, but it runs to rich and all your close smell from the rich exhaust. The plunger for the choke the rubber deteriorated had to get a new one. Overall Iam not to pleased with this Snowblower.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Should have bought one a long time ago.... The very first time I plugged it in, its started instantly. The other times I didn't even bother and used the string and it started instantly as well. As with most seasonal outdoor motors, it's best with a fuel stabilizer. The unit is light for a snow blower and is well balanced for easy maneuverability (even though it's heavy). It's easier to operate than a lawn mower. It pretty much does what it's suppose to do (blow snow) so no complaints. What usually takes me an hour and a half to shovel a sidewalk and two driveways now takes 10mins! I even do my neighbors sidewalks since it's SO EASY. However, i would have given this unit 5 stars if it were not a design flaw (as some reviewers pointed out). If you use the electric starter, you won't have this issue. However, if you use the recoil rope...it guides through some sharp plastic opening on the cover. I'm pretty sure the more you use this, the rope will eventually break. I've since put a metal ring around that opening.
