Rated 5 de 5 de par Good purchase so far This mower is a replacement for a 5 year old Honda which was heavier than my Troy-Bilt I have now. I love the electric start the most because of shoulder issues. The one handle blade setting is another plus over having to adjust each wheel. The cut at any setting is really nice. I have a corner lot with uneven grass surface and the cut using this mower is beautiful. I also like the personal pace setting on this mower also. I do use premium gas with a small amount of additive to the gas because of the ethanol issue plaguing small engines. I purchased this mower in September, 2017 and am hoping to get many good years of trouble-free mowings from it.

Rated 5 de 5 de par First Self-Propelled Mower I've had This is the first Self-Propelled mower that I've ever owned or used. Purchased 2 months ago. I'm 69 yrs old and up until now, every mower that I've owned has been a walk behind push mower. Needless to say, it took a little getting used to to not want to push the mower myself instead of letting the mower propel itself. Once I got accustomed to that, boy, what a nice difference. The mower starts on either the first or second pull w/o fail. This mower has a rear bagger and I'm used to that, but this rear bagger needs a little something to be desired. The under deck washer is a great feature. I've seen it on riding mowers, but this is the first walk behind. And, it runs on regular (87 octane) gas, which I use a stabilizer in. I looked at some other easy start/quick start brands of mowers and they required Premium gas.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Does a great job on pulling up steep hills This mower will pull up a very steep hill with ease. All I have to do is have one finger on the self propelled bar to make it go. The only complaint I have is the bag has to be dumped a lot compared to my last self propelled bagger About 3 times to one on this mower.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Great mower but with an Achilles heel I've had this mower for 1 year and 2 weeks, and it IS a great mower. Lots of power in both the cutting blade and the self propelled departments. There seems to be a design flaw with the handle tho. The handle arm has a joint half way down where you can unscrew and bend down the arm to store it in a tighter space. In fact it comes that way in the box and you have to bend the arm back and lock it in place during assembly. You can see the part i'm talking about in the picture. its the red spot half way down the handle arm, thats the screw that holds it in place. Well, right there the tubular steal arm is pinched to allow it to be screwed together. Its a VERY weak joint and after just a years worth of use it has bent and snapped off on both sides. i luckily have a troybilt service shop 10 minutes from my house. after getting it fixed through warranty i'm going to try and strengthen that joint. Only after modification will this be a great mower.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Another solid Troybilt mower I have always been a fan of Troybilt products and this is another solid mower. The large wheel in the back keeps the mower fairly stable even over my bumpy and steep inclined backyard. As someone who walks fast the speed and height of the handle make for a comfortable fit. The handle controls take a little getting use to as it is a bit awkward to hold down the mower and the speed control in the beginning (my last Troybilt only had a one handed squeeze lever) but after a while this is easy to use as well. Overall I have used it every week for the last two months without any issues.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Troy Built Mower Among the highest quality products I have ever used and I give this machine the most rigorous workout. I put 3 times the normal use one would expect and it has handled the volume and work load very well with excellent results. Pull string is only part that is sub-standard and wore out way before any other component. Recommend you buy and use this mower but be careful with pull string. I have had shoe strings that were stronger. Ironic how this rock-solid machine has weak pull string.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Best mower I've owned! Love this mower. Plenty of power, great traction, easy to use. Starts first pull. I actually look forward to using this mower. It's the next best thing to a ride on. Only con is some of the plastic parts seem a little flimsy. Still it is a better mower than some of the more expensive brands I have owned.
