Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long Lasting I actually have a Storm 5024 Model and the review page did not have a spot for a review on it, so I picked a model and will write my Storm 5024 review here. The most magnificent attribute of my Troy Snow Thrower is the fact that I purchased it on 11/30/2013 and it is still going strong here in February 2020. It failed to start in the Winter of 2014 and I read and followed the Troy Bilt instructions for maintenance and storage. Since then it has started up every single Winter. If I ever have to replace my Troy Bilt Snow Thrower, I am pretty sure it will be with a Troy-Bilt product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great snowblower I’ve had this for 4 years now , it’s by far the best snow cleaner I’ve ever owned. It’s reliable, easy to start and use, does great on light snow and even the heavy wet stuff the county plow dumps at the end of my country driveway.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Troy Bilt means Quality This machine was everything I expected from Troy-Bilt. The name has always meant the finest quality, and this is no exception. I got the crate from the factory, excellent packaging. It was a snap to assemble, and started on the first pull. Great power, easy to handle, a dream to use, even if it is a snow storm. If you want great engineering, great manufacturing, and reliable use for years to come, this is for you.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from poor spec writing by the company I just came home with this snow blower. I looked at the spec sheets. NO mention of oil capacity or horsepower. No fuel cut off switch. I run large tractors gas and diesel and a fuel cut off switch is mandatory with me. I have not even started this 2665 and already I wonder what is going on at Troy bilt. No spark plug numbers like champ, AC or Bosh. What is going on at the spec tables to enlighten consumers?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good not great This machine needs a petcock badly. After 27years I had to replace my snowblower last year. The old machine I would use the petcock let the gas run out then put some stable in the tank. For 27 years it would start the next winter. I followed the owner’s manual for this new machine but it won't start now. If I had known it didn't have a petcock I would have bought a different make. The people who designed this machine should have done a better job the fact that it will not start in its second winter makes it a pain in the butt

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features and lots of power! I bought this at the beginning of winter this year, and have used it multiple times in both heavy and light snow. It always starts on the first or second pull (I don't bother with the electric start, though it does work well). The auger and motor barely flinch when I go through deep drifts and cut through them with no problems. Highly recommend this snowblower! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
